ETWINNING PROJECT
We made two tutorials to demostrate that it isn't very difficult to cook for a celiac person. We used only naturally gluten-free products then we didn't use special products! improve yourself to make a gluten-free recipe
We created a table to demonstrate that there is a big difference between the price of normal products (with gluten) and gluten-free products. Gluten-free products cost more then other because companies must take more attention to produce gluten-free products to not contaminate these products with others. Italian state helps italian celiac people: the state gave to celiac people a voucher to get free 100 € of gluten-free products for each month.
